Criteria for selection

1.       For diploma students the required marks are 60% in X and Diploma ( If one of the qualifying % is less than 60%, upto 55% will be considered)

2.       Students should be graduating in 2011

3.       Students should be willing to work anywhere in India

4.       Selected students should be willing to undergo the required training

5.       Selected students will be placed in Mahindra Satyam or Tech Mahindra

·         Must have born on or after 1^st May, 1989

·         No Current Backlog / Arrears / ATKT in graduation course

1.    Pre Placement Talk Along With Corporate Film (1:30hours

2.    Web Registration (15-20 minutes)

3.    Web based on-line Assessment (Aptitude Test 60 minutes and Technical Test 30 minutes Total 1hr 30 mins)

4.    Group Discussion of shortlisted candidates in 08 – 10 candidates per batch (20 minutes per batch)

5.    Personal Interview (15-20 minutes per candidate)

6.    Declaration of Shortlisted candidates’ list

7.    General Interaction With Shortlisted Candidates
