નોકરી મળવા બાકી રહી ગયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ ડીગ્રી એડમિશન પણ ન લેવું હોય તો, ખાતાના વડાને અરજી આપી લીસ્ટમાંથી અન્યત્ર સિલેક્ટ થઇ ગયેલ વિદ્યાર્થી ઓને કાઢી નાખી ફાઇનલ લીસ્ટ બનાવવામાં તમારા વિભાગના પ્લેસમેંટના પ્રતિનિધિ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સહકાર આપવો.

હાલમાં એસ. એંડ એસ. એસ. ગાંધી કોલેજ, સુરત ખાતે ત્રણ કંપનીઓના ઇંટર્વ્યુમાં આપણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ગયેલ નથી તથા બાકી રહી ગયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું લીસ્ટ ઘણાં ડિપાર્ટ્મેંટમાં તૈયાર થવાની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલી રહેલ છે.
રહી ગયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ના લીસ્ટ વગર સીધે સીધા શ્રી કે ડી પટેલ પાસે આવવાથી કોઇ અર્થ સરતો નથી.

I am B S Reddy working as DGM-HR in Mundra Port & SEZ Ltd.We are planning to conduct Campus Interviews for Diploma Engineering students on 1/8/2011 & 2/8/2011. We want to cover Mechanical,Electrical,Civil and Instrumentation students in  Polytechnic Colleges in and around Surat. We need at least 110 students in Electrical,Mechanical, Civil  and around 50 students in Instrumentation. These candidates should be passing out in  2011 June-Aug.  We need three halls where 150 students can sit at a time.

Venue: Dr.S. & S.S.Gandhi College of Eng, Drawing Hall, Surat

Schedule for written test is as follows.
Written Test - 1/8/2011
1)Mechanical - 10:00am-12:00am
2) Electrical & Instrumentation  -     11:00am - 1:00pm
3) Civil -  2:00 - 4:00pm
Interviews - 2/8/2011

We will be paying Rs10,000per month +Accomodation in first year,  Rs13750 per month+ Accomodation in second year and Rs15800 per month  + Accomodation in third year . Selected candidates will be placed in Hazira,Dahej,Ahmedabad & Mundra

As per our telephonic conversation, kindly send students for the interview as per the following criteria
1) Should be passing out from Diploma (Chemical ) in 2011
2) Should have cleared all the past back logs
3) Should have scored atleast 50% in all 5 semesters
4) Age should not be more than 22 years as on 1st August 2011

•Selected student shal be working in the R & D department of CEAT Ltd, Halol plant as an Associate trainee.

•Training period is of One year, after which the person would be confirmed as an Associate.

• During One year of training CTC is 9842 rupees per month,

•the Associate trainee would be provided with Bus facility as well as Canteen Facility at a Subsidised rate

• In hand salary after deduction for Transportation, food and Provident fund and Gratuity would be around 7500 rupees per month, during first year of training.

We are glad with your over whelming response over the phone and going ahead with the same, please find below mentioned criteria / information for the campus drive to be conducted:

· Students passing out in 2011 from either of the 3 branches (Diploma-Electrical/Instrumentation, Diploma-Mechanical and Diploma-Electronics) can only participate.

· Minimum Criteria for percentage is 50% in all 5 semesters with all the past backlogs cleared.

· The age of participating students should not be more than 22 years on 1^st July 2011

· Date of the drive: 9^th July 2011

· Venue: Civil Drawing Hall, Dr.S.& S.S.Gandhi Eng, Surat

· Registration Time: Registration starts at sharp 9.00 am and will be closed at 10:00 am. Students failing to report for registration at the stipulated time will not be allowed for further process.
