As per our talk we would like to confirm the date of “Campus Selection / Recruitment Drive Plan 2012” at your college for the students of 2011-2012 (Final Year) batch. We would like to intimate you that the final year students of the following streams are eligible to sit in the Recruitment Drive.

2)    DIPLOMA  (ELECTRICAL / EEE / EC / IC)

We would like to request you to arrange the following things, required for the Recruitment Drive to be   conducted at your campus on the below mentioned date:

1)    Seminar Hall (Capacity of minimum 400 students)

2)    Projector, Screen, Speakers (Equipped to play Audio-Visual Film)

3)    Working Audio System (2 Cordless Mike, Speakers)

4)    Volunteers

All students attending the Recruitment Drive should carry below documents:

1)    Curriculum Vitae (C.V) OR Biodata – 1 Copy

2)    All Semester Mark Sheet Xerox Copies – 1 Copy

3)    10^th Mark sheet Xerox Copy – 1 Copy

4)    12^th Mark sheet Xerox Copy – 1 Copy

5)    Diploma Mark sheet Xerox Copy – 1 Copy
